In classical systems, correlation represents the direct interdependence of identifiable particles with definite paths. In quantum systems, particles are indistinguishable wave functions already subjected to structural exchange interactions.
We cannot use the same definition because classical mechanics lacks this quantum indistinguishability and the inherent wave function anti-symmetry that automatically dictates particle spacing.
