most likely the engineer will need one attempt to build the bridge by solving known equations (newton equation)
Because the bridge is based on classical mechanics. Classical mechanics are called deterministic mechanics which means we can determine the possibility and behaviour of macroscopic stuff (brigde) in high precision. But on the another hand quantum mechanics are called non-deterministic mechanics which means we can only determine the probability of new properties, we cannot say the absolute change of property because a slight change between material will completely step us into new realm of science.
