Quantum physics is an ab initio model because it’s derived from fundamental postulates (Schrodinger equation). Classical mechanics is also an ab initio cos it derives the behavior of systems from first principles like Newton’s 2nd law. classical electromagnetism is also an ab initio model because it relies on fundamental equations.
