Our quantum knowledge is in a very high level that we can propose exact solution for variety of the problems that we are facing, however, the time, computation and infrastructure that are needed is lacking behind. However, by the recent advancement in computation power, we are getting closer and closer to be able to provide reasonable solution for a wide spectrum of the problems.
