Only Computation

I think this is exactly where we are headed, I am a little unclear about how materials are currently designed but from the video it sounded like a “trial and error” method. Being able to use massive amounts of computing effort to do this in the fraction of the amount of time changes the game.

I do not have much experience with large amount of computing or designing materials so its hard to predict its feasibility, but based on evidence that computers can design compounds mostly on their own already. Then this vision should be reality very soon.
