1) quantum physics could illustrate the essential structure and interaction of matter. Then it could illustrate the complicated moving relevantly.
2) Because the classical mechanics can be ignored and this basic function does not rely on other principles.
3) I donot think so. Because electromagnetism has many basic theories, such as Gaussian function and Coulomb law.
