ab initio

Quantum physics is an ab initio model because it allows us to understand and recreate the nature surrounding us thanks to several mathematical models, such as the Schrödinger’s equation. The same goes for classical mechanics and Newton’s equations. In my opinion it is also the case for classic electromagnetism, as its first principles are Maxwell equations.
