2nd Hohenberg-Kohn Theorem

As explained in the video, the first Hohenberg-Kohn theorem does not give any information about the nature of the density functional that corresponds to the ground-state energy of the system. To get to the second theorem, this additional information is needed. Therefore, the second Hohenberg-Kohn theorem cannot be a natural consequence of the first.
