Hi, everyone. My name is Diego (diegogvtierrez).
I am from Colombia but I live and study in the United States. One reason you should visit Barranquilla is the culture (music, gastronomy) and interact with people. You should also visit the Gabriel Garcia Marquez museum. My background is in physics, I did my BSc, MSc and currently my PhD in physics. A little bit of twist on each one, but always oriented to Materials Science. I do expect from this course to be able to make all the computations I need for a strong and ground-based models of the materials I design. Also, to be able to teach this content.
