The terms in the hamiltonian will contain two terms for the kinetic energy. One is a sum of the kinetic energy of every nucleus and one is a sum of the kinetic energy of each electron. Next there will be terms that describe the nucleus-necleus interaction, electron-electron interactions and electron-nucleus interaction. Each of these terms contains a sum over every particle for which the corresponding interaction acts.
